Trip to London

Went to London to do some research for my year 3 collection this weekend, saw some beautiful window displays in Knightsbridge, traipsed round good old Harrods that already has it's Christmas decorations up ekkkkkkk. The trip was an inspiration I've got some great ideas and need to push them forward over the next few weeks. keep you updated love poor little fashion victim <3

London fabric shops

Inspirational fabrics very over prices cumming in at around £100 a meter these images have inspired me into manipulating my own fabrics so all weekend I've been trying out different techniques and pushing them forward, creating my own unique fabrics.

Christina Aguilera - Candyman

love this video of Christina Aguilera she's a modern day pin up icon. You can see from this video that she has taken inspiration from the WW2 period and added her own lil twist. Loving the jive dancing and different hair colours, but poor little fashion victim thinks u should definitely stay true to your blonde bombshell look.

Absolutely love Dita Von Teese her figure is beautiful, the perfect hourglass shape that any women would die for.

Tues 19th oct

Went home to Torquay in Devon this weekend to visit friends and family. Had a lovely time took my lil sister to the beach even tho its freezing. Abby my lil sister is really into fashion she's only five bless her.... must take after her big sis :-)

The infectious personality behind the cute and colourful blog BipLing.com who also moonlights as an art dealer, TV presenter and illustrator and is resident DJ at Shoreditch House. The blog has a fun creative vibe and screems poor little fashion victim so check it out  i think you may find it as interesting as i did happy blogging :)

Dior fall 2009 collection has really inspired me although the collection is based on flowers I can relate some silhouettes back to the 40/50s the classic full skirt  was a huge part of fashion back in the 40/50’s along with the waistline and V-neck.
